This is a plain-language draft for the studio website and the current Austin Property Game development build. It will be reviewed and completed with final contact details before public release. The legal company name is Triad Wealth LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
This website
The current portfolio site has no account system, advertising, analytics, contact form, or tracking cookies. It does not ask visitors to submit personal information. Standard hosting logs may temporarily record technical details such as request time, browser type, and IP address for security and reliability.
Austin Property Game
The development build stores core progress locally on the player's device, including property progress, game cash, scores, settings, and equipped avatar items. Local play does not require an account.
If online features are enabled, the app may process an account identifier, verified game events, leaderboard results, premium-item ownership, and purchase status. Free-text public profiles and photo uploads are not part of the design.
Online services
Planned production services include Sign in with Apple for authentication, Supabase for account-backed game services, and Stripe-hosted checkout for eligible purchases. Payment card details are entered with the payment provider, not inside the game. The final policy will name every live provider and describe retention and deletion practices before release.
Your choices
Players can use the core local game without creating an online account. When account features launch, the support page will explain how to request access, correction, or deletion of account data. Device-level controls can remove the app and its local data.
